It explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, SaaS platform, payment processing services, and related POS hardware/software (the “Services”).

Information We Collect

Account & Business Information: Name, business details, contact info, bank/ACH details, and login credentials.
Customer Data: Transaction data, order details, customer profiles, loyalty information, inventory records, and any data you upload or process through the POS.
Payment Information: Card details are processed via PCI DSS-compliant third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers (only tokens or last 4 digits where required).
Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device info, access logs, transaction timestamps, system performance, and analytics data.

How We Use Information

Data Security

Data Retention & Deletion

Customer Data is stored for 12 months at no charge (extendable for a fee). Upon termination, data is available for 30 days for export. You may request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
