Free POS Equipment Terms and Conditions

A short summary of the free equipment offer — part of your Paramount POS Customer Terms of Use

This Addendum explains the free equipment we’re giving you as part of your 3-year agreement with Paramount POS. It doesn’t replace or repeat anything in the Customer Terms of Use you’re signing — it just covers the equipment part.

What You Get

One free POS station, including:
  • Touch screen POS terminal
  • Cash drawer
  • Card reader
  • Receipt printer
No upfront cost. One station per business location.

Who Owns It

Paramount POS owns the equipment while your 3-year agreement is active. If you complete the full 36 months, keep processing exclusively with us, and hit the minimum monthly volume below, the equipment is yours to keep — free and clear.

If you cancel early or don’t meet those conditions, the equipment stays ours and needs to be returned.

What's Required to Keep It

  • Process at least $10,000/month in card transactions through Paramount POS, starting the first full month after you go live.
  • Use Paramount POS as your exclusive payment processor for the full 3-year term (already part of your agreement).
  • Stay in good standing under your Customer Terms of Use.

If Things Don't Work Out

If you fall short on monthly volume, cancel early, or the agreement is terminated for breach, the free equipment doesn’t become yours. We’ll ask for it back in good working order, normal wear and tear excepted. If it’s not returned, or it’s returned broken, damaged, or missing parts, we’ll bill you for its full retail replacement value — separate from any other fees you may owe under your Customer Terms of Use.

Everything Else

This offer runs alongside your Customer Terms of Use, which still governs everything else — your rates, term, cancellation, liability, and legal terms. If anything here ever conflicts with that agreement, the Customer Terms of Use wins.
